Where it usually starts

The symptom is rarely the cause.

What you notice day to day is usually the result of something earlier in the process. That is where we start.

What you noticeWhat is usually behind it
Buyers spend their mornings chasing order confirmations.Confirmed dates are not in the ERP, so nobody can see which orders are at risk.
Management asks which suppliers perform well, and nobody can answer quickly. No agreed KPI definitions and no scorecard built from goods-receipt data.
Invoices get stuck on price and quantity differences.Prices and terms are not kept up to date in the system, and the three-way match is done by hand.
One problem at one supplier stops production.Single-source dependencies that were never assessed or covered.
What we help with

Five areas, one approach.

Most problems in procurement show up in more than one place. A late delivery is a supplier issue, a data issue and often a process issue. That is why we always look at the whole chain.

Digitalisation & automation

From request to payment: where does work get stuck, typed in twice or chased by email? We map the purchase-to-pay process, measure the manual work and choose what to automate first, with a business case.

Supplier management

Know which suppliers perform, and act on it. We segment your supplier base, agree KPI definitions with quality and logistics, set up scorecards from your ERP data and run supplier reviews that lead to action.

Supplier risk & continuity

Find your dependencies before they find you. We assess critical and single-source suppliers on financial, country, compliance and cyber risk, and agree practical mitigation: a second source, safety stock, contract terms.

Procurement process & organisation

The basics that make everything else work: a procurement policy people follow, approval limits, quote thresholds, contract management, ownership of master data and clear roles between procurement, finance and operations.

AI in procurement

Where AI really helps procurement today, and where it does not yet. We choose a few use cases that fit your data and processes, such as summarising contracts, comparing quotes or drafting supplier emails, agree simple rules for sharing company data, and train your team with prompts they can use the same week.

Process-driven

We start with how the work really flows.

Advice that sticks starts on the work floor, not in a slide deck. We follow the process from request to payment, look at your own data and talk to the people who do the work. Then we fix the foundations before adding technology.

1

Request

Leave your email. We reply within two working days with a few questions, or a short call if that is easier.

2

Proposal

Scope, deliverables, planning and a fixed price, in writing. No obligation.

3

Analysis

Your data and documents, plus short interviews or workshops with the people who do the work.

4

Advice & roadmap

What to fix, in which order, who owns it and when it is done. Presented to your management.

5

Hand-over

Tools set up with your data, and a follow-up call after 30 days to check progress.

Questions

Good to know

What does advice cost?

Every assignment gets a fixed price, based on the scope we agree. You receive it in a written proposal before we start, so you know the cost upfront. Advice on call is billed per half hour. Nothing is binding until you accept the proposal.

Do you come on site?

Most work happens online, which keeps it efficient and affordable. On-site sessions in the Netherlands are possible by arrangement, for example a workshop with your team.

Which ERP systems do you work with?

The approach works with any ERP or purchasing system, such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Exact, AFAS, Odoo or Infor. We work from your process and your exports, not from one specific system.

Do we need our IT department?

Hardly. We work from standard exports your ERP can already produce and from Excel tools that run on your own computers. IT only comes in if you decide to change something in your systems, and then we help you prepare the request.

We still do most things in Excel. Is that a problem?

No, that is where most mid-sized companies are. We first make the process and the data reliable. Whether you then need new software becomes a well-founded decision instead of a guess.

Why not just buy procurement software?

Software speeds up a process that works, and one that does not. We help you get the basics right first. If a system then makes sense, we help you choose one, vendor-neutrally, with requirements based on your own process.

Is our information safe?

Yes. We treat everything as confidential, sign an NDA on request and only work with the data you choose to share. Our tools run on your own computers.

Can we start small?

Yes. Start with a tool, the Quick Scan or a few hours of advice on call. If you bought a tool, we deduct its price from your first assignment.

How quickly can you start?

Usually within two to four weeks after you accept the proposal. We take on a limited number of assignments at a time.

Do you also take over the work?

We advise, set up the tools, prepare decisions and support your team during the rollout. We do not take over your procurement as an interim manager.

Leave your email. We take it from there.

We reply within two working days with a few questions about your situation, and then a proposal with a fixed price. No obligation.
