How it works

From a gut feeling to a plan you can defend.

Most procurement teams know something is off. Few can show the board where they stand and what to do first. The assessment does that in one afternoon.

1

Assess

Answer 50 questions across 10 dimensions, from supplier management to automation. Each answer describes a real situation, so you pick what fits rather than guess a number.

2

See your gaps

Get a readiness score, a maturity level per dimension, your weakest areas and a pathway: fix the foundations first, get ready to digitise, or optimise and scale.

3

Follow the roadmap

Your actions in four waves, foundations before technology. The first five form your 90-day focus, each with a first step and a clear "done when" milestone.

4

Measure progress

Repeat the assessment next year, enter last year's scores and see what improved. Proof for management that the plan works.

Not just a score

A roadmap you can start on Monday.

Most maturity scans stop at a score. This one sorts every action into four waves, so you fix the foundations before you buy technology, and it tells you exactly when an action is done.

    AI readiness

Is your procurement ready for AI?

Everyone is asking. The honest answer depends on your data and your processes, not on the tool. The assessment measures both, asks how you use AI today and only puts an AI pilot on your roadmap once the foundations can carry it.

    • A Foundation and a Digital index that show whether you can build on what you have
    • Data quality, systems, integration and automation scored separately
    • AI pilots planned in wave 4, after the basics, so you do not automate the chaos

    Questions

    Good to know

Can I use it again next year?

Yes, and you should. Copy the file, answer the questions again and enter last year's scores on the Progress tab. You see per dimension what improved, which is useful proof for management.

How is this different from a free maturity scan?

Free scans give you a score and a sales call. This gives you a roadmap: every action sorted into four waves, the five to start in the next 90 days, a first step for each and a measurable "done when". Everything stays in your own file.

    Does the tool use AI?

No, on purpose. The Excel file has no macros and no internet connection, so your procurement data never leaves your computer. The assessment does tell you how ready you are for AI, and the included AI Prompt Pack shows you how to use an AI assistant safely with your results, sharing only what you choose.

When will the other tools be available?

They are in development, starting with the Spend Analysis Toolkit. Join the waitlist and you will be the first to know, with a launch discount for waitlist members.
